MENU: Appetizers & Starters | Non Vegetarian Entrees | Vegetarian Entrees


We use many spices and masalas. This does not mean that the dishes are hot. Hotness comes from green chilies and red cayenne pepper, which we use sparingly in our preparations. We present a tray of condiments with the meal that can be used to make your dishes hot. You may also request the degree of hotness you prefer. We use a 3 point scale;
1. Hot 2. Very hot 3. Extremely hot
If you don’t ask for extra hot then it will be mild. Be careful we can make it hotter but it is hard to make it unhot.

Crisp Dumplings in a Creamy Sauce
(Dahi Wada)
Crispy fried white lentil balls in a slightly spicy ginger, coriander, yogurt sauce. This is our most popular dish. Don’t miss this one! 6.95

Lentils soaked and made into a paste, mixed with a special masala and garlic, then rolled paper thin and fried. 3.50

Pastry Filled with Lamb or Potatoes
(Samosa)
Vegetarian : Flaky pastry filled with a spicy potato filling. 6.95
Meat : Flaky pastry filled with a spicy meat and cashew filling. 7.50
Served with a sweet tamarind sauce. Combination of above 7.25

Spice Coated Prawns
(Masala Jhinga)
Large prawns are sautéed to crispness and tossed with , tomatoes, coriander and garam masala. Served with Indian fried bread and jackfruit chutney. 11.95

Fireworks Salad
(Bhel)
In Bombay India, you find this dish being sold on every street corner. Long lines of patrons wait patiently as the bhel master skillfully prepares each bhel at lightning speed. This is a blend of assorted crisped Indian snacks, fresh crisp spinach, onions, potatoes, tomatoes and fresh coriander with a sweet, hot and spicy tamarind dressing. A frequent comment is: flavors going off like fireworks in your mouth. 7.50

Tomato Coconut Soup
A delicious combination of tomato, coconut, spices and fried curry leaves. It is garnished with crispy boondi and fresh coriander leaves. Don't miss this, our signature soup. 6.95

Fire Roasted Eggplant
(Baingan Bharita)
Fresh eggplant roasted over coals and mixed with sour cream, onions and spices. It has a delightful smoky flavor. This is served with traditional crispy snacks for dipping. 7.50

Puffed Garlic Bread (included with all entrees)
(Naan)
This is a traditional Indian bread made from white flour, eggs, milk and yogurt, baked on the side of the tandoor, then brushed with fresh minced garlic roasted ghee and sprinkled with black onion seeds 3.50
