Chandon Gosht (Braised lamb shanks in a sandalwood sauce):
Tender young lamb shanks are roasted with ghee and then long simmered in a sauce with a hint of sandalwood. Fork tender and wonderful flavors.

Makhani Murgh (Velvet Butter Chicken):
This classic dish is considered the ultimate tandoori preparation. Pieces of chicken marinated overnight in yogurt and tandoori masala, roasted in the tandoor pot to impart a smoky tandoor flavor. Simmered in a beautifully rich tomato butter sauce and garnished with fresh coriander leaves and garam masala.

Biryani (Baked saffron rice and vegetables) :
This traditionally festive dish is normally reserved for special occasions in India. The elaborate preparation starts with first steaming the rice and then baking it in a mixture of saffron, vegetables, spices, nuts, coconut, tomatoes, coriander leaves and crowned with pure silver leaf.
